How much is delivery?
We offer a range of delivery options to suit your needs, whether you're in a hurry or happy to wait a little longer. Better yet, delivery is free on all orders over $50! You’ll always see the available delivery options and costs before you complete your order.

Is the packaging discreet?
Absolutely! Your order will arrive in a plain, boring box or envelope—no branding, no giveaways, just your PamperPulse goodies safely tucked inside. The only one getting excited about your parcel is you!

Please note that courier services require us to include a return address on all packages.

What if I’m not home when you try to deliver?
No stress! If you’re out when your order arrives, your delivery person will try to leave your parcel in a safe place. If that’s not possible, you’ll either receive an email with the next steps or a missed delivery card with instructions on how to collect it.

If your parcel is sent to a local collection point, you’ll have 7 days to pick it up before it gets returned to us. Remember to bring your missed delivery notice and a photo ID that matches your delivery address when collecting your order.

How can I pay for my order?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, and American Express debit or credit cards. You can also pay via Apple Pay, Google Pay, and PayPal. Want to split your payments? No worries! You can choose Klarna, Clearpay, or PayPal Pay Later at checkout.

Can I track my order?
Yes! You'll receive an email with tracking details once your order is dispatched.

Can I cancel my order?
Once an order is placed, we're unable to make changes or cancel it. But don’t worry—you can return your items for free. 

What's your return policy?
You have 180 days from the date of purchase to return your items. They should be unopened, unused, or unworn, and in their original packaging with tags intact.
